I've been searching for a watch for months and was initially a bit skeptical about purchasing it online and not from the official retail store. However, Bob's Watches completely changed my perception about buying pre-owned and online. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. After my purchase, I had to send the watch back since it stopped working and their service dept (Sean Ryan) was very responsive, kind and efficient. I will recommend this company to anyone and super happy with my experience!

So I flew out to California to purchase a Rolex from them. Fast forward 10 years later, I asked if I can sell the watch back to them, they had to get confirmation from the manager depending on the condition of the watch. Wesley Bandy was assisting me the whole time and he was great!!! The swiftness of the customer service has been impeccable. I went to a nearby Fedex and Bob's Watches covered the overnight shipping. They examine my Rolex the day of and made me an extremely FAIR and REASONABLE offer because of course I went to 10 other reputable credible used Rolex stores as well. I accepted the offer the day of and they sent me the ACH amount within 48 hours just like they said they would. The process was seamless and the easiest I have ever experienced in selling a used Rolex back to a jeweler. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
